I don't think going from your hometown to full rural would have been that much better, had you gone a decade sooner. Humans iterate on what they think is "right". Perhaps a sea change took a decade to stew and ferment before you acted upon the notion.
IMO regret is one of the worst human emotions. Look ahead, not behind. Which is not to say, don't learn from the past, but don't let it hamper future decisions.

Needs a starter and fuel pump, and only set me back $1300. It was a mind fuck for me because the body isn't great, but for the price it should be a great commuter. No E30 ClubOriginally posted by MrBurgundyAnyways, mustangs are gay and mini vans are faster than your car, you just have to deal with that.

Holy shit, if you have not eaten an over easy egg still warm outta the backside of one of your chickens you raised from an egg, you have not lived. The crap they sell at the store is that, crap. It's like the difference between those fake Egg Beaters and store-bought eggs.
What do you guys charge a doz.?
I am seriously thinking about breeding heritage birds though, $3-5/egg, no problem to sell a few thousand eggs each spring...
the goal is to just feed the Family, and my goal is to stop working at some point (for others)
A+ Lifestyle though.

The woman and I are looking into cheap acreage in some of the most remote parts of the country. No neighbours, no noise complaints, no authorities breathing down our necks telling us our cars are too low and our wheels are too wide. That'd be the life.
