Nope, it's called someone installed one of the radial bushings backwards.
Thus allowing about an inch extra of forward caster when accelerating. Plus, torque steer on Honda's is to the right due to the shorter axle shaft on the right hand side.
Moving on.
Old on the top, in the orientation they came out. Bottom, proper orientation. I went ahead and installed new ones on both sides since I was there.

Broken bolt. Took a little while to drill that one out to repair it.

Spent the day on the suspension and running around tracking down parts. The car feels much much better now, a little less of a death trap.
Oh, check out my sweet push button start. That's next weekend, gotta go back to basics on this one.

Got a long way to go, but at least now I feel comfortable driving it. Took it on the highway today and was rather impressed. It feels pretty solid now. Only downfall is 4k rpm's at 70mph.
and yea, I need new tires. Going to wait a bit and just snag someones wheel/tire combo off of craigslist.
