Crime scene? If that was a crime scene why weren't they taking the "criminal" to jail. In case you forgot, it was the white man in the Ferrarri that was the closest thing to being a "criminal" and he was walking around asking for Busta to give him some space. You think he went to jail? Nah!

crime scene?....yes. In most states, if the police show up to the scene of an accident, at least one of the parties involved has to be cited. Secondly, crashing a ferrari into someones yard (With enough force to go over a tree) would constitute reckless driving to most people. Whether misdeamenor or felony, reckless driving is a crime. Think about it this way, if any of you did the same thing Busta did (im making the assumption that none of you are celebrities or would be followed around with a camera) you would of, and should have been at least restrained/asked to leave, if not arrested for your actions. If anything its bullshit that busta gets preferential treatment around the police.

i totally agree... the police mishandled the situation in every aspect. im just sayin that there is no way that busta should have been aloud to parade around with a camera just because hes busta.
