As for the front end I agree this looks much better than one of the other concepts.

Supra ??? It has a scion badge on the hood.

The site has nothing to do with the purpose of this post, nor do I care for the input. I'm not too concerned about my adsense revenue nor my organic search traffic.

That picture of the Scion above is a design or image that comes up for the Toyota Supra, so I apologize for using Google, won't do that next time.

No unfortunately that'd be asking a little too much of me, sorry.

I find you to be full of BS. I feel this is just a scam to get people to your web page that I also feel is a scam in its self to put a couple rollers in your pocket. If you were a Supra fan, you would have seen the Scion badge right away. If you were even a real car guy, you would of spotted it without being told. I feel this whole thread should be deleted. It's just spam to begin with.

Well it's a good thing you have an opinion! Unfortunately for you I never once suggested or hinted that I was a Supra fan, because I simply build a website to generate revenue from traffic is my choice. The site which I haven't posted once, happens to be in my signature. Which I will change now for you to a completely irrelevant site that is equally as annoying for adsense & advertisements.

Oh and I may have noticed the Scion badge, however with Scion being owned by Toyota ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scion_(automobile) ) Didn't make a big difference to me. Nor am I forcing you to visit the website in my signature either. ;D Don't forget I also posted this in the Off Topic section, and by the looks of this thread it seems to be exactly where it should be.

Robin, can I call you Robin? That is your name isn't it?

The issue most people have is, car enthusiasts are usually fans of what they put effort or what they decide to discuss on an internet forum. When something like a new supra is announced, or it's been teased, you're talking about car enthusiasts that miss the essence of the Japanese sports car. It's like most kids of the 80's, they had that Lamborghini Countach poster on their wall. It was more than that it was a lot of money, it was a supermodel, a woman that they wanted, they lusted over it's pure presence. Forget the fact men love speed, and it was one of the fastest LOOKING cars of the time. It gets enthusiasts excited.

When you state that you simply created a website about an upcoming car to put money into your wallet, that's cold. When it's clear it's for revenue, and you admit it, you've destroyed your own credibility. From a technical aspect, yes, to many robots (searches) and humans it just looks like clickbait spam. You state you aren't interested in the car? You're right, it's completely up to you to create a website.

If you don't have any interest besides money being deposited into your adsense account, I may in the minority here, but you aren't a real car enthusiast. For me, connecting with people and cars is important. This isn't a personal attack, so please don't see it as one - but know when you admit to something, r3v doesn't forget, and here at r3v we speak our minds. Tough skin is required.

I'm not sure exactly where I stated I am NOT a fan of the car? I haven't stated If I am or not, that was not the point of this thread. It was to discuss the new car release, perhaps having a discussion on it could lead me in becoming more of a fan of the car or perhaps it may not. However yourself and other members of the community decide they'd rather discuss my adsense revenue then the initial topic itself.

If you'd like to ban me by all means. Nothing like being banned from a forum for following the rules. I see an advertisement on this forum, if this was such a community as you state don't you think instead of the owner pocketing advertisement revenue we could pay the $10 a month that it costs to host a forum... If that.

Here? Unless you meant the opposite, but the second part of the sentence doesn't make me think so.

Your intentions may have been pure, but when you make statements that lead us to believe all you care about is money, it's hard to judge that? I'm simply stating, as my opinion, I think you're website you put together showed that you didn't care much for the car really. Sure others did focus on the adsense topic, I offered my opinion, as well as changes to the site. You should offer more than regurgitated news. Offer more of a value proposition to bring people to the site.

I don't have the power to, nor would I, and nor do I think you should be. You simply need to not be defensive about what you posted about, and your intentions for a site you created. Again, this isn't personal. Of course someone is going to bring up a site that's in your signature when you're posting about the same thing. If you didn't really want my, or others' opinions on it, why post it in your signature?

This topic isn't the place to talk about the owners of this forum, I will not speak for them... However - I will state that you are incorrect. They provide much more than you realize with that blanket statement, and the bandwith alone costs more than that. This isn't a shared hosting solution that this forum runs on. The advertisements here are mostly local, and small companies providing parts and services for our beloved E30s. Please don't make this about that, don't deflect your website's commerce agenda onto this forum. The two are not related.

To not become defensive, I'm saying this with nothing but respect, when you become upset on the internet when someone calls you out on something, you've lost the game. The game is this life, this life is not worth becoming upset about things on the internet. Brush it off.

I slightly disagree considering my advertisements are used for the same purpose to cover costs. Even with a dedicated box of $100 - $200 a month I believe a "community" could easily cover it without the requirement for an advertisement on the forum. Regardless it is not my forum nor do I really care about the advert(s).

I'm in no way offended or "upset" with other members and how they behave. This isn't my first day on the internet. As I said earlier.. I'd much rather be discussing the car itself and not the websites however I wasn't aware I posted my website link anywhere in the thread.
