    Cali Guys..............

What are gas prices near you? Specifically up by Sacramento/ Tracy area. Going to be in that area for 3 weeks boating here soon and just want to see how bad it is going to be filling up the boat.

I'm not sure about the Sac area, but in San Jose, it is around 2.89 for the cheap stuff.
In South San Francisco, it was 3.09 for the cheap stuff the other night.

In many cases, it depends where you are in the Sacramento area. I'm just a mile south of the downtown area and prices tend to be a bit more elevated when compared to some of the outlying 'burbs. Since I have a JC chip I am stuck with buying 91 exclusively. Right now the price seems to be hovering in the $2.90 to $3.05 range depending on exact location and the brand of fuel. I run Unocal with an occasional tankful of Chevron.

Oh geez. I could only imagine. A few years ago when I remember they were close to $3/gal.

Hopefully it will stay around $3/gal in Tracy while I am there.

Download the free GasBuddy app to find the cheapest gas stations near you, and save up to 50¢/gal by upgrading to a Pay with GasBuddy+™ fuel rewards program.

Type in the Zip Code for the area that you will be in and BAM there will be the prices.

So, Central Ohio is the same price as California now.

I filled up my work van today with 87 octane at $3.50/gal, rock on.

$100+ per fillup is common in my van, $50 for the e30 if its bone dry (92, of course)
