Either way, fuck bartending school. Work somewhere that will let you barback and move up. Anyone can mix some fucking shit in a tin, shake, and pour but it's the other shit that actually makes you a bartender.

My sisters boyfriends bestfriend knows some of the headshed of one of the Bartending schools here in TX, he told me he could pull some strings and score me a deal. Also a good family friend is a bartender at a really nice Italian restaurant and she said that I could come on and tend with her for experience.

What kind of beer drinkers are you guys? Up where I used to live it was Yuengling and Weeping Radish, but they don't have that down here so it's Shiner.
