                            The belts were mounted to the floor without any reinforcement re: steel plates. Can't imagine how they pulled through...

                              From the looks of the tires on the car I would say it can do a 12 sec quarter, not sure about safety standards in USA but in AUS I think anything under 12 sec requests full safety gear helmet fire suit etc

                              Then anything under 10 requires a full cage and harness.
