    Ever Build a Car Bed?

I want to build a car bed for my kid. I know someone on here has done this. Any advice, tips, build threads ?

              Let's hear that story....

My father built one for my nephew. It was a fire truck, so it was rather boxy. Pretty easy, solid frame rails, and plywood base for the matress to sit on. Basic wood built ends...sand, paint and decals.
