I had to put my childhood dog down this past February and I still think about the little guy almost all the time. It's really tough being right there.

My dad a 50 year old man whom I've never seen shed a tear. Cried like a baby. He loved that dog.

I'm a grown ass man and am tell you no lie, me and everybody in the family and neighbors were all in tears when my dog Isa RIP had to go. :(

Its a hard thing to do, a good pet is every bit as much family as anyone else....... Sorry man I know its a hard thing to do, I dont know how I am going to do it when the time comes for either my dog or my kittah

that sucks sorry dude... idk what im gonna do whenever my husky has to pass on he has been through everything with me and my wife.

not a dog but my little brother had a cat that came to our doorstep the day after he came home from the hospital and he died 18yrs later a week after he got out of high school he was pretty torn up about it.

She's been suffering from seizures so we had her on meds and she had to be on so many they destroyed her liver. I know her quality of life was terrible but damn it was so hard to put her down.

Here's her moments before they came in to put her down. She hadn't eaten in a week due to a UTI which was caused by the failing liver. This is hands down one of the hardest things I've done. Like losing a family member.
