Anyone Used Wheel Techniques for Wheel Repair in San Jose?

I have some 15" Euroweaves on my E30 and one of them has a small flat spot thanks to a pothole. Another one has some mild curb rash. So I am thinking about taking all 4 to get stripped/straightened/de-rashed/painted. A few folks have mentioned a shop called Wheel Techniques which seems to be the biggest wheel repair specialty shop in the CA Bay Area. Their reviews on Yelp have really made me hesitate though...all sorts of horror stories about shoddy workmanship in the last 2 years (reviews were a lore more positive up until late 2011). Has anyone on here dealt with them relatively recently? Moreover, can anyone recommend a wheel repair shop in the CA Bay Area that does quality work when it comes to restoring wheels to new OEM condition?

I would just replace the bent one, but these wheels are hard to come by so a repair seems like the most sensible route at the moment.

    Thanks!

Wheel techniques usually lags hard on their turn around times. It usually takes them longer than originally quoted.

Hmm, good to know. I can deal with that (to a point). A coworker had some AMG wheels refinished there and got good results, but he also said that turn around was slow and that he had to bitch at them to redo the paint on one of the wheels because it wasn't very well done.

I called the tire/suspension shop that I usually use for tire installation and they said that they work with Pacific Rims for wheel repair/restoration. When I asked if Pacific Rims does better work than Wheel Techniques, they replied "OH yeah." So, it sounds like I might knock out new tires and a refurbish job all at once next week.
