Crashing into a school bus and being charged with $80 is enough? You can't drive past a school bus when the stop lights get turned on let alone crashing into one. Burns is right, that's a good couple of hundred dollars worth of fines.

Should have also got a following too closely charge.

carless should have been charged as well, he didnt have care and attention to not hit a school bus that he was stopped behind??

Images now leaking that infact the school bus driver was "whipping shitters" in the school parking lot. The officer was in pursuit after a 911 call was received from inside the bus stating "I'm scared, Mr. Burns is going crazy and billy just puked all over me!"

The question we're all wondering, but nobody is asking....

DO Canadian school buses have seat belts for the kids?

What if the bus drivers dead brother was gunned down by the policemen's partner.......

He carefully monitored the office as he followed. At the precise moment the officer sneezed from to much cinnamon on his latte the bus driver strategically slammed on his brakes, making it appear as though the officer was driving like an idiot.....

All he wanted to do was enjoy that latte that was haphazardly spewed in disarray across his now sticky dashboard.

this is where my issue is.
it's POSSIBLE he'll be getting fined/points and to a lesser degree...this is careless driving. no two ways about it.

It doesn't take much to bend a hood like that, especially hitting above the rad support as it looks like it did. I'm not one to side with the cops every time, but it doesn't look to me like he "hammered it off the line", or drove into the back of it from somewhere down the block.

    He f'd up, and he's getting fined/points. This time I don't see a problem.

QUOTE=Mr. Burns;4304690]either the officer hammered it off the line to achieve that kind of damage, OR....

eyes simply were not pointed in the direction of travel...ie: distracted by mobile device/onboard PC.

If this was anyone else, I can assure you there wouldn't be a "possible" $85 fine and "possible" 2 demerit point.

it'd be the EXPECTED $400 careless driving fine, followed by 6 demerit points.

The officer is getting off easy.[/QUOTE]

what damage are you referring to? The fact that the hood above the headlight is pushed back? Where is the damage? Where's the crush damage you're referring to that would indicate a high speed?

you may be sensitive and hurt that you feel the officer is getting off easy. Do not Embellish the story however to suit your needs and hate.
