Budget Heeter mods have to be "mods" that would normally fall under the category of standard maintainence, that actually improve performance without being a crap ebay bolt-on.
Heeter, i'm gonna fly to that shitty state, rent a car and drive to Lafayette, and take a nice multicolored shit on your hood. With the cost of the plate ticket and car rental that would count for the single most expensive mod on your car.
