      Our profession revolves around healing, not some conspiracy to keep people ill for financial gain. Nobody goes into medicine for the money.

      Excessive sugar intake is contributory toward development of insulin resistance and Type II diabetes. This disease is the nemesis of every healthcare provider.

      It's no mystery that maintaining a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise) allows you to fight infections better. Nice work on that front. Keep it up.

      Honey actually has anti-tussive properties, so adding a little bit to a beverage can actual help with cough. Adding two tablespoons or more isn't doing yourself any favors, however.
