              thanks all:)

I kind of freaked out in a nervous panic with I 1st found out, anxiety went sky high but it's been awhile now and been replaced with excitement.
I've been looking at bigger vehicles lol (see X3/tourings etc)

              Baby is due in July.
my E30 comes out of storage in late march.

that gives me 3.5months to finish my M30 swap...PRIORITIES!!!

Big congratulations. Open the college fund along side your retirement fund. Earlier you do it the better. 509 U-Plan is not a bad idea.

Expect your priorities to change as well.

Congrats man, I'm not a father yet, but an uncle and married to a daycare owner. I love kids. Get the swap done as others have said, your priorities are likely to change and you'll turn into slammin with automotive yard ornaments. And I love my wifes x3, so much so I basically have commandeered it for my daily driver. Has winter package, heated seats and steering wheel. So comfy.

I'm Canadian, however this is certainly been in my wife and I's recent conversations...we're both federally employed and we have many excellent options available

                      understatement of the day.

                      I'm finishing my m30 swap with my E30, and I think that'll be it...for a long time.

Nah, you can still have projects. You'll need a place to go sometimes. The best trick to know about raising tiny little babies is to walk away for a few minutes if you need to. Most powerful tool in my arsenal. No matter how loud and upset a baby is, you'll miss him in ten minutes. Good luck, and go ahead and take your naps before July.
