Where is Bo/Bao (e30partsguy) Lam now?

Remembering how I got scammed by Bao Lam made me come back to this forum but what is he doing now??.
Today marks the 1 year that I was scammed out of $570 for a pair of heated seats for my bmw 1989 i325.

I saw him at the local junkyard, and once driving around my hometown around Xmas time when I was back home.

It's also been a year and a half since he did a hack-job on my car's lock cylinders, and messed with my steering column, trying to replace the ignition lock cylinder.

He was let go by a local BMW guru who was using him for shop hands last year as well.

There really isn't a need for another thread about him.

I have an open offer from him right now. I'm new, does that mean I'm about to get worked?

He's been fine for me - got an e21 booster off of him a few months ago. Took a little while to get tracking and all that but everything worked out great

Buy at your own risk. He has been banned from posting. I have used him and been fine, but I don't think I would use him again after all the negative feedback.

Bo has always come through for me when I needed parts (sometimes in a rush) and has been more than fair. With cosmetic parts he often swaps me a better specimen if he happens to find it later. He's fronted me parts many times. Right now I've got most of an ABS system he pulled for me so I could troubleshoot. He helped me do a dash swap on Father's Day 2012 in the blazing heat and only took some extra money over and above the cost of the dash when I forced him to take it. I'm sorry to hear that someone had a bad (expensive?) experience but he's been a straight up good guy and occasional life saver to me. I gotta defend the guy: my car would be a complete mess without him.

Bumping this thread. He PM'd me earlier about some little stuff I was looking for. Seems that he's still out there.
