I've never really bothered with relationships for this very reason. I can't really trust anyone, specifically anyone in my generation with how promiscuous everyone is and their lack of communication, etcetera. Maybe I've just had shit luck, but now I live with this principle:

I only love four things:

My car.
My friends.
My family.

The only suggestion I can think of is slowly phase her out and give her the silent treatment just to see if she'll start becoming weak with guilt and remorse. If she tries to come up with some convoluted way to rationalize her sleeping with two other guys in a monogamous relationship, give her the boot right in the fruit and drop all forms of contact with her. Facebook, your phone, Skype or whatever. Block her if she doesn't get the hint. Throw all her shit out of the house and you're free of a skank.

Red flag you only know of 2!! There might be more. My concern is that relationships are based on trust. Trust is the solid foundation in a relationship and I hope you are not damage by this experience.
My advice to you is that if you ever meet another girl DO NOT let this experience ruin your chance to settle down in the future. I think she (future girl) deserves the right to know about your experience. Also, watch out you don’t develop a pattern were you don’t trust girls you meet, your going to become someone your gonna hate later on. How long were you guys together? Did she have a reputation?

This is pretty important. Don't let shit in your past influence new girls. Otherwise you'll get paranoid that your new girl is cheating on you and you'll ruin what was a perfectly good relationship. I've done the opposite - dated an awesome girl but afterward thought the next girl was just as awesome as her. 0/10 would not recommend.

Other advice is to treat this (and anything in life) as something you can learn from. Usually shit you learn the hard way is what sticks the most so use your situation to your advantage and find some way you can grow from this. It's not easy, but it beats wanting to die all the time
