Gots me a kickass new phone

Just got it yesterday, it's a Motorola V360. I paid less for it than a Razr, and it's got better features, and is an all around better phone. It uses micro SD flash cards for storage, and has a built-in MP3 player, plays and records video, and can connect directly to my computer with the on-board USB, which is also where the charger plugs in, so it also doubles as a flash drive. It came with a 64 MB card, but it will take up to a 1 gig card, which I'm getting soon.

Pretty nice. My motorola is from France and the whole motorola's version of T9 sucks on it. Its always thinking Im spelling some German or French word.

I got an LG 8100, pretty much the same as that one, except I need to buy a cable, and don't wanna fork out the money for a mini sd card. lol

haha, a friend of mine had a startac up until last year. we'd always joke with him whenever it rang. "Shhh, everybody be quiet, Brad's getting a call from 1997"

My RAZR has been great. It was free which is why I got it. Most of the complaints I have heard from people who hate them (and actually had them) were Moto related things. Im used to the software coming from IDEN so.... then there are those who complain that a FRENCH phone wants to text in french (WTF is that?)

I will admit that girls take note of it though, like its something special. Its an old phone. Still VGA, not that I ever take pics with it.

Its a cool lookin' phone Josh....some nice features too. I recently picked up a Nokia 6102i thru Cingular. I've had two Motorola phones in the past (neither of them a Razr) and both gave me problems (breaking, premature battery failure, etc.)....so I've sworn them off. My luck with Nokia phones has been much, much better.

My gripe aside, I like the analog style clock....pretty cool ;-)

gee.. you had some unfortunate Motorola experience. My Startac fell SOOO many time before it actually started to give in. then i moved on to the T720i and that too is working till this day.

now have Razr :drink:

my father still uses the startac. Why change something that works fine? Plus he can't have a camera where he works.
I have the T720. Have had it for over 3 years now (bought it back when it was like $250 with a plan). I'm not sure I want another motorola though, the stupid chargers suck on them. The little three pronged thing really bites.

I personally don't need my phone for anything other than a phone. I have a nice camera and mp3 player for a reason. Why would I want to use something that does both of those poorly in comparison?
