    Will these credits transfer?

I'm going to go to admissions soon but have any of you guys taken an auto program and gotten shafted? I want to get my bachelors, and I dont want to have to take 4 years after these two mostly automotive years. This is my 2 year schedule

Not likely, there are few if any core courses on that sheet.

It really just depends on the school. They are going to be the best ones to ask.

I'm doing all my core courses first before I delve into my major, but that's just me. You'll definitely wanna talk with your school about that.

You might be able to get a few of them to count as electives, but you'd have to check with the school.

My school had a list on their website of the courses they would accept as transfer credits from each school.

my guess is that as long as you're going to a real school [i.e. not lincoln tech] all the non-automotive stuff will transfer just fine

thanks guys! I am going to talk to them and see if I can add on classes. 2-3 years after these 2 would be good. I should definitely be able to bust out enough core classes in these 2 years to "skip" freshman year at a Umass

Don't waste your time asking r3v about transferable courses man. Get to your school and talk to a counselor and tell them your goals and have them help you choose classes. Also, at all the CCs I attended, in the course description for each class, it stated whether or not it transferred to a state or CA university. Might wanna check that out.
