        This has been done before on Monster Garage. Except that they used a Toyota Celica and chopped it in half to lenghten the frame. They couldn't just drop it in, because they were using a real factory jet engine made by Rolls Royce.

        I don't remember it going that fast for some reason.

              Jet engines develop power with a linear relation to speed so its more powerful the faster air can flow in and out of it. Im thinking that car is going to slow the flow of air through that thing.

              Either way I think that guy has blunt beat for spare time/cash projects.
