    GLK350 4matic?

Anyone have any experience with these? I sold my Land Rover over the summer in favor of driving the e30 daily, but with a new job and winter in the PNW fast approaching, I am rethinking that strategy. With my new job, I drive from Mt Hood to the coast regularly and all over western Oregon.

I hunt and we camp very frequently, both activities that the e30 as an only car are inhibiting.

We have pretty much settled on a Merc GLK350 4matic as a new daily. Used of course, to absorb the depreciation. Wondering if any members have first hand experience with the little guys to pass on to a possible future owner. Problems, cost of ownership, etc.

I've had brand new Mercs before and would never do that again, but the one we are looking at seems a great deal.

    Thoughts?

My old man has one and is very happy with it, also a resident of the great PNW.

Get a 250 with the twin turbo diesel! My parents have a plain jane 350 and they like it. Its not a bad little "SUV"

I would love to. The gas engines seem much more plentiful though, and i worry about maintenance on a diesel. I know gas engines, but I haven't spent much wrench time with the diesel.
