    Mtech Duct Tape

    Hello fellow r3v'ers.

I happened to see a post on the Facebook r3v page featuring a picture of a roll of duct tape with the mtech design.

It got me thinking, what would it take to get a major duct tape brand to create this tape?

    Who likes the idea?

In order to successfully submit the idea to 3M, I would need to patent it.

How difficult would it be to get a patent for this?

Is the pattern already trademarked by BMW?

Impossible since it's not an original idea.

And how many people would actually buy the tape? I'm in my forties and can count on one hand the number of times I purchased duct tape.
