Watched it. I agree with you DJ Buttchug. I watched all 10 episodes. I don't doubt the show is showing an agenda, but I think that there is a large shadow of a doubt. And there for he is innocent. There was a Type I error.

Did anyone figure out how Colburn reported the plates from the green RAV4 before it was found? I thought that was a dead give away for framing.

Not only this but the fact they immediately ask if Avery is in custody. 8 Days of "searching" the property.

          Unbelievable.

Apparently there is a chance for a retrial now with so much public involvement. The blood test should be interesting if they do demand a retest.

It appears the cops had pulled the plates off the car before it was found in Averys salvage yard. Anyone with half a brain would have crushed that car the second the crime was committed.

Avery and stupid fck Dassey are innocent. Also CANNOT STAND the prosecutors voice. Makes me want to destroy my own TV

^ LOL. Yea I named him "high talker" for the last 7 episodes (Seinfeld reference).

Oh yea, and there's a CAR CRUSHER 100 feet away!

If I'm correct our justice system is based off this idea, and in that case, he should not have been convicted. He wasn't 100% guilty by the evidence they showed me. I don't think he should be in prison. Interesting watch

So what's missing out from the Avery case?
Netflix’s latest viral hit, “Making a Murderer,” is making viewers into amateur detectives — but they may be working with a lack of evidence, because it wasn’t feature…

I kept asking myself why I continued to watch it, knowing full well that I'd be pissed off after every episode.

I was laughing my ass off after the prosecutor got busted for "sexting" a bunch of girls too lol

                    yeah?

The whole thing doesn't make sense. On that list the only thing that is hard evidence to cast a shadow over Avery is the *67.

The woman is raped and tortured in Avery's bedroom... There's no evidence aside from a 16yo with the mental capacity of a 10yo that goes back and forth on what happened that night.

Also halback was murdered in the garage with 2 gun shots to the head. 11 shells were found and only 1 bullet... Where's the blood? That amount would be impossible to clean in that messy garage. I'm sure he couldn't clean every last drop from the bed or garage...

Buttchug - you should edit the title to say *SPOILERS INSIDE* Just my 2 cents.

I finished watching it last night. Amazing. One of the best produced and edited docs I've seen in a long time. I'm sure it had an agenda(they all kinda do - but in this case I can deal with it since I assume it's part of the "The Innocence Project") - but it's riveting none-the-less.

Off topic, but that salvage yard seem more like a metal recycler then a normal junk yard. At one point they showed some caddy(?) on a lift, and the guy was removing some aluminum b pillar covers like a monkey with a crow bar. Then he proceeded to remove a motor like he didn't give a crap about who would buy it. How do several families make a living like that? I guess if the land is paid for, and you eat Dinty Moore stew each night....but still.

Make it through episode 3, and you'll be hooked.

Yet they only covered a tiny bit of the case! I wonder if the whole trial is online? I sometimes run out of podcast to listen to when I'm working - sad but true. I listened to the entire Jodi Arias trial years ago - not going to lie, it was interesting!

That was one of the main give aways for me as well. Avery was to much of a slob, no way he cleaned his house and garage of all the DNA or blood. And why were there bones is 3 different places? To much of it doesn't ad up. I would say the cops new he had a thing for her and once they found out they may be responsible to pay him for the lawsuit they set him up. Even if he wasn't innocent there police work was pretty questionable.
