    I am curious about the new material as well.. May have to see if anyone in the area has pulled the trigger on one and if I can see it in person.

    There was a thread I recall seeing about someone purchasing a bunch of "new" interior parts (might have been the center shift console) from BMW and they all had different texture/feel/color, and he needed to dye/paint them to match the existing stuff.

      Yea. The dash and back half of the console are new material but the shift console has been nla and can only be had in the old style so 2 out of 3 pieces will be new material.

                lol at the dash cry babies.. id happily pay a grand for a dash.. RHD ones are 5K from BMW australia.. 2K roughly landed out of denmark..
