Im sorry for the girl and her family but obviously this is a case of unmanaged risk. Driving agressively on a bike is bad enough but with a passenger it should be considered homicide.

All of the bike deaths recently in my area (I think about 3 friends of friends in the last 6 months) have been new riders pushing the limits on public roads. Please do not ride passengers if you ride hard on the street. Its not fair to put someone elses life in danger.
