I bet insurance will cover it, depending on your policy of course. If you have his tag they can catch him and go after him

Yea I got his plate down and they did catch him. He has a court hearing by the end of the month and my lawyer is working on getting me a rental possibly something fun and hopefully nothing stupid that I have to live with until my poor little e30 is fixed. :(

Ask the lawyer if you can pin rental car fees on the guy while the case gets taken care of.

Thanks for the advice dude it helped my lawyer talked to me today and said it might be possible for me to get a rental maybe by Wednesday.

Nope... Jk. I have to replace the passenger side strut housing and the strut along with too hard also so the "IE3s" might have been damaged also lol but I promise I will post a pic of them when they come to show they are ie3s with 1 coil cut.
