if you pick the 3rd party to hold the cash. There is no harm in waiting to see if the car shows. If it doesnt, you are only out like the 100 or so for the fees. Just dont let them pick the escrow company. Sounds too good to be true, but you never know sometimes these deals are legit.

Swedish laws say that you have to have worked and owned the car at least a year in the country the car is coming from, and that it is in it´s original condition, and that´s about it.

Registering a car like that here is actually easier, because most restrictions like emission and such are not as strict. You don´t even have to pay any taxes or tolls for it.

That´s why I can´t see why he or she can register it here.

I´m not saying that the ad is bs, but I would be very cautious.

Here´s a imported and registered us-spec Dinan M3 with a supercharger. Probably the only way to ha a roadlegal supercharged Bmw over here.
