I think it was a lot like Anchorman, in the fact that is was 75% fucking stupid, 20% mildly amusing, and 5% (consisting mainly of the Cougar) pretty funny.

Cougar definetly made the movie.

I blew $16 on tickets to see it opening night, and it absolutely sucks. Not many funny lines, it doesn't compete with Anchorman at all. A couple good tail-wags in the '60's Chevelle and one chase scene with some NC state troopers, other than that--pretty much crap IMO.

Just got back last night seeing it and it sucked. MY GF even left to smoke a cig. I wish I still had my $18!

The credits were the best part of the movie, and that is sad!

Nowhere near the quality of Anchorman. Don't even bother to see it.

I've only done it once and had a valid reason to get my money back, (had to get someone home for work) but just letting you know.

only problem i had with it is the bashes on NC and the south, but its to be expected from a nascar movie, and its will ferrel so its funny

I've gotten my money back from every movie that I thought sucked.

The best one I ever got refunded though was when I saw "The Grudge". I thought the movie was fucking awesome, but the entire row behind us consisted of about 30 15-17 year old high school kids, most of them either drunk/drinking, and they were laughing/talking/making jokes about the movie throughout the entire thing. Even at the point that one of the theater employees came in to do their random check, he didn't do anything about them. I made such a shitstorm about it when it let out that I got my money back, and a $20 gift card for the theater.

Yes, that's true, Matt. But Will Ferrell came from one of the few periods of time on SNL that was actually funny.

I don't really see how you can think Anchorman is a top choice movie, and not have enjoyed this one.
