Anyone ever use Facebook ads? (Racing video)

    Hi all,

So I've got a Facebook page for the shop and I just finished what I think is a pretty sweet video from Lime Rock:

I'd like to "boost" the post to increase traffic and hopefully get some clickthroughs, but I'm not familiar with the process. Has anyone done it before? Would it be better to link to Youtube or upload to Facebook so it's embedded video? I was thinking of trying both and comparing results.

    Thanks!

i know lots of people that have and Strongly recommend Boosting in FB. And they all say it works, cost like 100 a day for 3 days, but they did noticed and increase in sales and site traffic.

What do they do/sell, if you don't mind me asking?

Definitely host on YouTube and embed / link to FB. I'm sure FB has great multimedia service, but I would go with YouTube because serving video is their core competency, and since they are a Google property, you may get a lift on organic search as well.

The big question is if you know enough about your target audience, at a fairly granular level, to create an accurate target group in FB that goes beyond your connections (which appears to be your intent).
