So I get my bill today and it turns out that the word that the puerto rican dude was trying to pronounce with his heavy puerto rican accent when I signed up for the bill was "59.99" not "15.99." So I was like damn. Its my first bill is its 50.99 + 51.99 on top of my cell phone bill. So the bill was like 272.something. I called up and told them there was a huge misunderstanding but since I signed the long ass reciept that somewhere on it was my plan, her hands are tied and I owe it regardless if I couldn't understand the guy. So I cancelled the broadband but since its technically another line I have to pay the early teminated fee of 175.00. So cell phone bill this month is 175.00 from cancelling my Cingular line + 49.99 and tax for the Cingular month plus prorated Verizon bill of 272 and change + 175 termination fee of one of the lines. 672.00 totals for damn cell phones. LOL.

He never explained that the Broadband access card was a whole different cell phone plan even tho it isn't a cell phone. I thought it was just additional service tagged onto my cell phone number. See what I mean jelly bean?
