      ^ Ahahaha!

I was raised on Corvettes so my choice is obvious. My parents have a '69 Stingray as well as an '03 Z06. The Stingray is for the car club stuff and the Z06 is for the track.

If you want the slick F1 sequential gearbox, sport seats and the carbon-fiber disc brake package, plan on shelling out roughly 20% more on top of that price.

The C6 Z06 Vette has very few options (not that it needs any) and its about $75K or so.

So there's an obvious price difference between the two. Heck, with the money you save by opting not to buy the Ferrari you can go out and get two Z06s and still have some change left over. Now there's food for thought.

        great.

and at the end of the day, the guy who bought the z06 still has a chevrolet, which is related to the cavalier, impala, and every other shit box they make for passenger cars.

And at the end of the day, the guy who bought the ferrari owns a FERRARI. vettes are nice and ll, but it's no prancing horse. Plus - that 100k gets you likely one of the sweetest sounds you will ever extract from a motor that is not an f1 car.

I will agree that for the money, and in general, the new z06 is insanely bad ass. it looks tight and has super car performance; and it doesn't cost shit relative to what you get.

If people are starting to look at these kind of cars and are seriously interested in purchasing one, the sticker price really doesn't make that much difference.

If you are saying I could take a Ferarri and not have to live in it to still eat? Hell yes I would take it over a Z06.

Agreed, and I can't get over the exhaust on a Ferarri, it makes me weak whenever I hear one on the road.
