Not related to day trading.
First lyft and now uber is about to create some overnight millionaires, mostly employees and early venture capitalists who will soon look to cash out to buy real estate(s). This is going to disrupt housing market again just like it did post facebook, google etc IPOs - all over again.

Uber and Lyft are stupid investments unless you were in before the IPO. The prospectus for both of them alludes and in some cases outright states that they may never actually make a profit.
