That is interesting and makes plenty of sense. When I lived in VA it was kept behind the counter and you had to show ID and could only buy a certain amount in a month. Of course the problem of meth still remained.Comment

Yea, I forget the details - but....then I guess the big drug dealers got together and found they could order it in raw/bulk form from some manufacture overseas - they did that for a while before they closed that loop hole.Yeah.
