Yeah. The addiction levels in OR, WA, and CA were over 10x that of anything west of the Rockies before it even became known in the east/south.

That is interesting and makes plenty of sense. When I lived in VA it was kept behind the counter and you had to show ID and could only buy a certain amount in a month. Of course the problem of meth still remained.Comment
