Nah it's the little trichombs (crystals) where the thc resides. It usually falls off the bud in trace amounts when grinding up your herb in a grinder. If your grinder has a kief catcher and the screen you can collect it. I love the cheap wake n bake, back a bowl of fire, cover it in kief, good til lunch.
