I once locked my keys in my E30. I called AAA and when the AAA guy got there, he tells me that he hates trying to unlock BMWs. He must have tried with a slim jim and other tools including the method in the picture. After a frustrating 30 minutes, he was about to tell me I was SOL and that he needed to break a window. Thankfully, the keys were in sight and he was able to use an air bladder to pry the door just enough to use a long hook and retrieve the keys for me. Should've tried that in the beginning, boss.
