not to be racist but i've had multiple african americans comment on how they love my car. I've seen pics of e30's rolling through africa with at least 15-20 africans on them with ak-47's. WILD. its in the african blood. Hope this wasn't too racist, forgive me as I am intoxicated.
If that's multiple photos on that one shot (kinda think it's not) - I'm impress with the stiching.
I assumed the Space Needle was a tourist trap, and never went to go see it up close - then I did, and oh man, it's kinda amazing...for 1960's tech. Back in the day, people much have been shiting their pants.
An underground foundation was poured into a hole 30 feet deep and 120 feet across. It took 467 cement trucks an entire day to fill the hole, and was the largest continuous concrete pour ever attempted in the West. Once completed, the foundation weighed as much as the Space Needle itself, establishing the center of gravity just five feet above ground.
If you've ever taken calculus or statics, a structure with a CG that is 5 feet above the ground yet 600 feet tall, is kinda amazing. It's like a big-boy weeble wabble.
picture does it no justice. paint like glass and every bit of chrome had a mirror finish. wish i could have snapped a pic of the front end....GORGEOUS car.
