    Mechanic help in L.A.

I am in W.L.A. and need a mechanic to install the rear shocks in my Land Cruiser. I don't have the space to do it in my condo parking lot. Can any of you L.A. guys recommend someone?

It's literally three bolts per side. I could do it in under 20 minutes if I had space but unfortunately I don't.

    Gracias.

Northridge is alittle far but for a good price I'd go there. Could you pm or post the contact info please?

      Thanks

Dude if they're just shocks, you don't need a mechanic. Just look for someone to offer you some garage/driveway space.

I did the fronts myself w/o picking up the truck. The backs are easier.

I just don't have anyplace to do it. I have no problem paying I just want them in. Firestone wants 80.00 to do it and I think that is excessive for 6 bolts.

I will end up paying them if no one knows someone that is reasonable.

My two concerns are that I'll break a bolt (they have a tendancy to break per ih8mud becuse there is a good chance the shocks are original and therefore the bolts have been in there for 12 years)

And that I'll be stuck due to broken shock bolts.
