Let's just say the window in my room is my best friend. While relieving myself out of it I often am reminded of that Calvin and Hobbes cartoon where Calvin goes out of his bedroom window because of the monsters under his bed. In the last panel his parents are outside commenting how "The plants don't do so well on this side of the house..."

I think they were saying "The plants on this side of the house don't seem to do very well".

I LOVE Calvin and Hobbes, all of those "monsters under hsi bed" strips were awesome. There was one in particular I always loved, where one of the monsters says to Hobbes "Hey tiger, we'll give you some salmon if you throw the kid out". :D

Oops! Typo fixed... I got hooked on Calvin and Hobbes at a very early age and it probably has had a lot to do with my adult views of the world. :-)
