I'm still liking the BMW better; its lines lend it a style more appropriate to a sport sedan which is what we all love about BMWs. I still find it a tad over-designed, but at least more progressive than what Toyota, Lexus, and Honda are doing.

I wonder who the insurance company would fault in that situation? After all, if it's truly a manufacterer's defect, shouldn't Lexus be at fault?
