Go find an old "pendulum" sensor from a late 70's alarm. Basically a "tilt" mechanism from a pinball machine...if it moves too much, contact is made.
Use a relay to open the fuel pump power when the sensor is triggered.
This way, the car will run fine until it moves. Then, the fuel pump shuts off sporadically. Fun stuff, huh?
Another neat-o thing is to wire his sunroof to open when he turns the wipers on.
Or, do as I did when a fat waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles pissed me off (she yelled at my Daughter) at a grocery store.
I bought a small plastic bag of 4 or 5 baby squid. I tied them to the top of her catalytic converter, in between the heatshield and the cat. Smell that, bitch!

Car was some old POS like '87 LTD or some shit. Been a while.
