.577 CAL is **huge** with a lot of powder, in a little wood carbine like that without a gas recoil system or a thick recoil pad and shooting off hand, I doubt you could handle it either, I know I'd have a hard time with it.
I think that gun is made as a last resort to stop a rhinoceros that's charging you.Comment
