                Ha - now that you mention it, it seems a little ironic that what a lot of people would call the "Hot Rod State" gets the crappiest gas in the continental 48.

                I mean, think of all the tuners, and how much of the 60's hot rod stuff has roots in Cali. - And then you get the ultra weak gas. Sorta funny.

                Oh well, that's what toluene is for.

                  yeah. down the street, i can get 113 octane unleaded, and they do nitrous, alcohol, methanol, and co2 refills.

                        91 here. The absolute fucking minimum. Theres a few places with 100 octane and once a long time ago I saw 92 in Santa Barbara.
