i know exactly who did it, i already filed a police report but they said that they couldnt do anything without independent witnesses. So that means im taking it into my own hands. im paying him a visit thursday night.

its pretty cheap how the cops just shrug it off until it turns into a bigger problem. around here it seems like they wait till they can write someone multiple tickets/take them to jail so they can make quota without having to do as much work.

You say he wants your girlfriend. So what dude?? I know its hard to see, but thats a good thing. Atleast he isn't telling you how hideous/fat/slow she is. All it means is that you've got the girl he wants. Trust me, she won't leave you for him if you two are secure.
