What is a cop to do when someone writes something on your car? Do you have witnesses? Do you have video proof? Can you in any way link what has happened to you to anyone else by factual means instead of assumptions?

The cops wont do anything because there's nothing that can be done.

When my father's bike was stolen from inside our garage, the police said there was nothing they could do because we had no evidence either. They put on a search for the tag, but by that time, that bike was probably chopped in pieces already.

You need factual evidence. Remember, in this country, you are innocent until proven guilty.

i already cleaned it off my car i think im just gonna buy some paint markers and after i knock him around a bit im gonna write cocksucker on his forehead. then outline it in sharpie for good measure.

i tried the legal system. they didnt do shit, the cop wouldnt even go over there and talk to him about it last night. he was just like no, that wont prove anything and drove away.

so even though we knew where the guys worked, due to there shirts, and there license plate number and what they looked like, and there was damage to my car from the bitch swinging open my buddies door into my car, the police told us that there was nothing they could do. its fucked up.
