Dude why do you need a bmw? let alone a modded one when a kia will get you where you need to go too? No one criticizes people for turboing their cars or swapping in other motors. How would this forum react if congress passed a law that you were not allowed to modify your car in any way or prohibited you from a certain amount of hp? Its the same fucking concept.

I saw it on futureweapons. was pretty awesome. the round they used in the .50 cal was called the "416" which stood for .416 caliber. those is uses the same powder cartridge as the 50 cal. this enables it to shoot much much farther than a standard 50 cal because the bullet is lighter, but not too light.

Hey I have a .308 and a 223 (m16 round) and both are great for long rage plinking hunting an just plain amusing your self an astounding your friends. Now none of mine are auto's I dont see why a law abiding citizen cnat have such things. I have yet to figure out how taking guns out of the law abiding citizen is gonna lower crime. I understand the need for self protection. Any small hand gun or 12 gauge will do the job. But is the firepower of an M16 really needed? It has a bullet about the diameter of your usual 22 rifle (well a bit longer and sharper) but perhaps 10 times more black powder. Imagine the force of the bullet. I am no democrat or republican, but I guess that the reason of the stricter control is to avoid that once-legitimate weapons end up one day being used by unscrupulous persons.

Interestingly, nobody likes having other peoples dictate you what to do or not to do. It is very natural to get upset by that. But how does owning an assault rifle can make our life more enjoyable? When I was younger, I used to do target shooting and enjoyed it a lot. A simple 22 rifle can do the job. No need for a .222, which was not designed for precision anyway, to do that. But it looks like if the senate voted for a ban of cliff jumping (lemming style) there would always be some people claiming it is their right to jump the cliff and kill themself. Every restriction calls for defiance. Very human.

I know, this bitch has tired every year but now that the house and senate are filled full of Democraps it will have this best chance since Clinton. I do not understand why people think this will curve crime. The guys that use them for most of the crime steel them and Im sure already have them. This will not take them off the street but stop new production of them. There are millions of them already out there and all it does is make it cost more for you and me to own one.
