most of them will say where they will ship to.. some will send to the states, and if doesn't say, you can always ask.

I've bought a few items from ebay.de I just asked if they would ship to the US. Most said no but every now and again you get lucky and find someone that will ship to the US. Just use the translation tool I posted above to communicate. use very simple sentences.

It helps if you ask them in German.
My girl's dad speaks German and he helps/helped (before I moved to FLA) me write to them.

I nabbed a set of euro plastic bumpers (no sidemarkers) for $150...SHIPPED. The U.S. Post office got pissed because they don't handle parcels that large and DeutschePost does, but there was nothing they could do about it.

I've gotten a few other odds and ends too, mostly for my 750.
Only had 1 guy refuse to ship at first, he just explained that it was a PITA...I explained that there was a large chunk of change in it for him if he did (still about 30% less than it'd cost here)...and he shipped away.
