Thanks everyone! we love it! As far as the questions, we will build a garage as long as the neighbors approve. There will be a half pipe and a stone patio with a fire pit.... (clean plan a road trip baby! We have beer, FSC, and cars). As far as the price it was AROUND 240. Our realitor said there would be no problem asking 270 right now and sitting on it for a month.
The basement is killer! 800 sq feet, dry accessable from the inside. All my tools will fit in there and then some!

I know you used to live out here......can you imagine what that thing would fetch in my area? Even with things 'cooling off'? The cost of home ownership is insane out here - which explains why I don't own a house.

At any rate, very cool bungalow crib.....hardwood floors FTW!

I don't even want to think how much it would cost! This house is basically in the same kind of are as midtown sac. or a bit north before the river. In that area it would start at 500 and move to 700 easily. Ca is NUTS!

Na its actually wood chips, but it will be reseeded to fescue asap.
