    Bought our first house today!!!!

After months of looking we found it and pulled the trigger in two weeks!
It is in a neighborhood called Kirkwood in the city of Atlanta.
It is a 1930s brick bungalow that has been totally renovated.
    I freaking love it.

I can post more info if anyone wants me too. I have tons of pictures as well.
    Yours truly,
    Rich

        Sweet deal man.

I'm looking to do the same in the next few months, been looking at a couple of late 50's-early 70's bungalow style stuff as well.

I'd like to see a pic of your E30 parked on the front lawn diagonally in front of the house.

I like the older style houses too.. they have some degree of character and artistic imagination. Newer houses these days are just big. But there is nothing special about them. Go into any model home these days and its the same story- A large open floor plan with crown moulding, chair rail and wood floors everywhere. Gas fireplace with a plasma TV over it and Corian or granite counter tops.

Yeah thats a ceiling fan. Every room in a ga house should have one.

I know you used to live out here......can you imagine what that thing would fetch in my area? Even with things 'cooling off'? The cost of home ownership is insane out here - which explains why I don't own a house.

At any rate, very cool bungalow crib.....hardwood floors FTW!
