people disrespecting your car?

/ start rant
i am a junior in high school. up until a few weeks ago we were not allowed to park in the school parking lot at risk there would not be enough room. now half the seniors are gone so juniors are allowed to park in the lot, i have been. nothing happened i figured sure it'll be fine just park away from the idiots of the school, i did parked in the back lot back conner away from everyone. yesterday my friends car got coffee poured on it and gun all over the back, he was furious, i would have been to as i am now. today i park in "my" spot as i have parked there almost everyday for the past 3 weeks. no cars near me, i figure cool no door dings. i get out there after school no one around me, i get in start it, pop the sunroof, put my window down, get out go to the passenger side, its covered in spit, at this point i feel like keying every car still in that lot i decided against it as i do not have money to pay for the repairs. i roll down the spit covered window, close the door dogging spit blobs. it has been sitting there all day, i get home go get the hose and a brush wash thing, i wash it off. some of my already shitty looking shadow line comes off, i get even more pissed and debate buying the huge box 'o joe from dunkin doughts to pour over there car, i decide i would rather not deal with anything along the lines of this again.

so now do i drive to school and risk getting extremely pissed again and possibly going crazy

or just walk/ get a ride with a friend.

personally i would not care if it didn't take of any trim paint, but since it did i am pissed, its not a lot but enough to be noticeable. i was almost sure that school was not this immature, but i guess thats another reason i hate that place.

the car i drive was my dads, he raced it and it was in a will for me, its got sentimental value and if anything regarding "keying / slashing tires" happens someones body parts will be broken. i do not like resorting to violence i consider myself peaceful and can remain a calm looking face.

it may seem like just a saying, but they are just jealous of your car, they think bmw=rich kid who doesn't pay for anything, while they are probably driving an old American car w/ a carb

I'm surprised they don't have cameras watching the lot.

Otherwise, park there, hide somewhere and watch to see who's doing this to peoples cars.

well my car was hit in the senior parking lot about 2 weeks ago, tearing off euro trim and cracking it, scratching the paint off the corner, scratching the bumper, and messing up the tail light. No note or anyone taking responsibility for it.

I know it wasn't because anyone was jealous because my car is probably worth the least amount in the lot.

School administrations dont give a shit about student cars, its an unnecessary budget expense. At a college I can see it happening, not at a high school. The only camera's in the schools in this area are inside and those got put in after the downstairs bathroom at my old HS got set on fire a few times.

Upon their attacks, you note who they are and find out what car they drive. You expunge the keying scum.

The cons: You're in a trashcan for a day.
Your car is still keyed and doing this won't bring the paint back : (

My car got hit last saturday night in the parking lot at my building. No note, the person who did it was probabally to drunk to even realize they hit me, it just cracked the tail light and made a couple inch scratch in the paint. Im not even sure when or where it exactly happened, I was drinking and a friend was driving my car.

If I lived near you I would come over right now and install my 3-angle camera system in your car so you can catch the idiots that are doing this. But one thing that you can do also is set up a security camera in a friend's car from a distance and record your car for the 6 hours or so that it sits there.

When I was in high school I had an issue with people screwing with my car. I saw other people sitting in their cars in the school parking lot when I came out but when I asked around nobody seemed to know anything. So one day I decided to skip the rest of the school day after lunch and I sat in the back of my car. It had tinted windows so it was difficult to see anyone sitting in the car unless you expected someone to be there. Sure enough this jerk showed up. I got a good look at him and then when he started doing his hijinks I jumped out of the car and said, "WTF are you doing?!"

Man.. I wish I could have taken a picture of his face! It was priceless! He was so embarassed and confused that he didn't know whether to run or fight. He was like, "uhhh.. This is your car? Oh.. sorry man.. I-I-I didn't know.." Which left me in the valley of decision-

A. Do I threten him and make him run away?

B. Accept his apology with a handshake and a smile?

C. Kick his ass right there in the parking lot?

So later that afternoon we are both sitting in the principal's office trying to explain how we managed to create this big scene in the parking lot causing everyone in the classrooms to run to the windows and watch the brutal beatdown taking place during 6th period. I didn't get suspended but I was prohibited from bringing my car to school for the rest of the year.

After a couple of weeks I think that the school administration forgot about everything and I was driving to school once again.
