my guess is anything needing plumbing is in the center of the house and is stationary.

Well i assumed wrong that the bathroom would not be in the center of the house. It just was a thought, it could be engineered. Since piping is usually stationary and this house moves it would only make sense that it has to have a custom piece fabricated to deal with the rotation.
